Step 1: Insert brown cell cups into the cassette and place the cassette into a frame in one of your occupied hives.

Step 2: Place your best queen inside the cassette, She will fill the comb and cell plugs with eggs. Then Extract larvae with the cell cup holder. These will be allowed to hatch and the larvae are then transferred to a cell starter and later to a cell finisher and finally to a mating nuclei. When you release the queen - make sure you know the timeline for queen egg and larvae development! You will have larvae of the precise age for queen rearing.
